Recent work
A selection of signwriting, livery, and print jobs completed at the workshop over the past couple of years. Every project shown here was designed, printed, and fitted in-house at our Market Weighton unit — nothing sub-let, nothing outsourced.
Van livery — trade vehicles
Local plumbing company, Pocklington. Full livery on a pair of Ford Transit Custom vans — both sides, rear doors, and bonnet. Cut vinyl in two colours plus a printed logo panel on each flank. The brief was clear branding visible from a distance, with the phone number large enough to read from across a car park. Fitted over two days at the workshop, both vans returned the same week.
Electrical contractor, Beverley. A three-vehicle fleet refresh. The existing livery was five years old and showing UV fade on the south-facing panels. Stripped the old vinyl, cleaned the panels, and refitted with fresh graphics to the updated brand identity. Completed one van per day across a working week.
HGV and trailer work
Haulage firm, Selby. Curtain-side trailer graphics for a six-vehicle fleet. Each trailer received printed vinyl panels on both sides — company name, phone number, website, and a photographic strip showing their warehouse facility. The panels were produced in-house on the large-format printer and applied on-site at the client's yard over two weekends.
Agricultural merchant, Driffield. Rigid-body HGV with full cab and body signwriting. Three-colour cut vinyl on the cab doors and a large printed panel on the box body. This was a single-vehicle job done at our workshop — the truck driven in on a Friday morning and collected Monday afternoon.
Shopfront signage
Hair salon, Market Weighton. Complete fascia replacement when the salon changed hands. New aluminium composite panel with printed vinyl face, plus a projecting bracket sign. Window graphics added for opening hours and social media handles. Designed, manufactured, and fitted within ten days of the initial enquiry.
Butcher's shop, Beverley. Traditional-style fascia with gold-effect lettering on a dark green background. Projecting sign to match. The owner wanted a classic high-street look rather than modern vinyl, so we used a layered vinyl technique that mimics the depth of traditional gold leaf at a fraction of the cost.
Vehicle wraps
Personal vehicle, York. Full colour-change wrap on a BMW 3 Series — satin grey over the original white. Two and a half days in the fitting bay. This type of work is less common for us than trade livery, but we take on a handful of personal wraps each year when the diary allows.
Catering van, Hull. A full printed wrap on a Volkswagen Transporter converted for street-food use. Bright, graphic-heavy design covering every panel including the roof. Three days of fitting. The brief was "impossible to miss at a food market" — the finished van delivers on that.
Banners and event work
Pocklington Show. A batch of twelve PVC banners for the annual agricultural show — sponsor banners, directional signage, and a large main-stage backdrop at 6 m wide. All eyeleted, hemmed, and delivered rolled on tubes for easy rigging.
Market Weighton Christmas lights switch-on. Street banners, lamppost flags, and a stage backdrop for the annual town-centre event. Repeat work each year with updated sponsor logos and dates.
